If you have any extra files (for example videos, audio or fonts), then please zip all of the files together into a folder prior to uploading, so that you can upload the zip folder itself.

It would help us if you are able to fill in all of the fields, but if you are unsure please leave these blank.

Poster (P), Moderated Poster (M) or Spoken Session (S) number (if applicable) Poster Presenters should upload a PDF of their poster image PLUS a PowerPoint slide to accompany their presentation. If Poster Presenters are only providing one file that will work for both the poster image and the presentation it is essential that this is stated in the Notes section and the uploaded file should be PowerPoint format only. Moderated Poster Presenters should upload a PDF of their poster image ONLY – PowerPoint slides may not be used in Moderated Poster sessions.
